Working onsite, and getting embedded into your operation will enable us to fully understand the profile of worker you require. We will run recruitment campaigns locally specific for your site and all candidates will go through a 4 stage recruitment process which consists of telephone interview, complete application process with numerous tests, face to face interview with a trained consultant and finally us obtaining a relevant work history reference.
All workers will undertake agreed site specific training and full induction before the commencement of their first shift that will also cover health & safety. We will conduct periodic training relevant to your business to ensure our staff have the necessary skills to perform to the required standards. We feel that investing in our workers creates a strong relationship whilst reduces attrition.
We manage our staff to ensure productivity and efficiency onsite at all times. Our Consultants have an open door policy to our workers and hold weekly open surgery to discuss all aspects of the work onsite.
We like to review our performance. We agree set key performance indicators and discuss at agreed review dates.
