Are you a dynamic Business Development Manager with a passion for foodservice, hospitality, and B2B sales? Our client is a market-leading catering butcher, they seeking an experienced sales professional to drive client growth and account development across the North of the UK, including independent hotels, restaurants, pubs, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business with existing foodservice clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect and cold call to build a strong pipeline of potential accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitality and education sectors.
  • Conduct client visits and deliver sales presentations to demonstrate tailored product solutions.
  • Collaborate with National and Regional Account Managers to increase market share in existing and nominated accounts.
  • Leverage market insights and competitor analysis to promote our clients unique selling points (USPs).
  • Regularly report on sales activities, account performance, and target achievements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the fresh meat or foodservice sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and manage own schedule.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
