As they expand our B2B operations, we’re looking for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to support our growing client base across three online stores and a thriving wholesale business.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Service Advisor:

• Delivering exceptional B2B customer service via phone, email, and online platforms
• Handling inbound sales and service enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Supporting online administration, logistics communications, and generating reports
• Maximising sales opportunities by promoting our product range
• Meeting key team KPIs and participating in promotional activities
