Key Responsibilities for the role of HR Advisor
- Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Advise on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Maintain HR systems, tracking attendance and performance.
- Promote employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
- Support leadership in maintaining a strong workplace culture.
- Provide cover for the HR Manager when needed.
Requirements
- A-Level/Level 3 qualification minimum.
- Proven HR Advisor experience with ER case management skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary for the role of HR Advisor – Upto £35,000 per annum plus benefits
