We are currently recruiting Experienced Waste and Recycling Operatives to join our reputable client in the Waste & Recycling industry, based in Warrington (WA1 4AL).

This temp-to-perm opportunity offers long-term stability and career growth for the right candidate.

Job Details:

• Working Days: Tuesday to Friday
• Hours: 06:30 AM – 16:00 PM
• Pay Rate: £13.40 per hour (PAYE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading residential kerbside refuse & recycling collections and/or street cleansing
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Performing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks (walking, bending, kneeling, standing)
• Supporting residents and working as part of a team
• Following Health & Safety guidelines and maintaining attention to detail
• Representing the company with professionalism and politeness when interacting with the public

Requirements:

• Must be able to travel to Warrington WA1 4AL for a 06:00 AM start
• Physically fit and capable of meeting the job’s demands (extensive walking involved)
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Full induction, PPE, and training provided
