Once we totally understand your requirements we place a detailed advert outlining the position, location, duties, working days and start times. This advert gives potential candidates a full brief on the role and enables them to make a more informed decision on whether is a role suitable to them and their circumstances.
Pre-screen telephone interview
We will conduct a pre-screen telephone interview with all applicants to understand there work experiences, skills and suitability to the position. We discuss the role in further detail to ensure that the candidates can get to the location at the time needed.
Face to Face interview
At this point the applicants will attend our office to complete our application forms. They undertake a manual handling questionnaire, numerate and literacy test and any site specific compliance. Our trained Consultants then conduct a face to face interview.
Work history reference checking
We operate a “No reference, No work” policy. We need to be confident that the workers we send to our clients sites have there work history and skills verified by a previous employer.
