All candidates advance through a three-stage recruitment process:

Pre-screen telephone interview

We conduct a pre-screen telephone interview with all applicants to familiarise ourselves with their work experience, skills, qualifications and suitability to the position.

Face-to-face interview

Applicants are also required to attend an interview with us, in person. In addition, they undertake a manual handling questionnaire, numeracy and literacy test and any site-specific compliance. We ensure the correct RTW documents are in place and carry out any industry specific checks.

Work history reference checking

We operate a ‘no reference, no work’ policy, so clients can be confident that the candidates we place have had their work history and skills verified by a previous employer.

Yes. We see this as essential for all of our clients.

The Capital consultants that you come to know and work with during the day are the same people you’ll speak to out of office hours and at weekends. We do not outsource to a call centre and place real importance on ensuring that our service levels are consistent.

Staff are paid PAYE. We deduct the statutory deductions at source.

All workers receive payslips on Thursday p.m. and monies arrive in accounts early Friday a.m.

We work on an upfront and realistic basis.
If you call with a staff requirement, we will give you an honest answer as to whether we can support you at this time.

We take the time to get to know you and your specific recruitment requirements. Once equipped with a thorough understand of your needs, we craft a bespoke, detailed advert outlining the position, location, duties, working days and start times, which we then promote across our network.

These detailed adverts provide potential candidates with a comprehensive brief on the role, enabling them to make an informed decision regarding suitability.
We then manage and filter candidates, applying our specialist sector experience to only progress the best candidates possible.

Each candidate undergoes an extensive screening process, which includes a face-to-face interview.
