The majority of roles we recruit for in the commercial sector are permanent positions or fixed term contracts (FTCs).

This helps to improve the overall attrition rate massively whilst helping to ensure that new starters hit the ground running.

Throughout 2023 we looked at our booking data and found that by carrying out a comprehensive interview process and seeking references from previous employment, we were able to greatly improve the longevity of the employees placement.

In addition, we also provide a thorough induction process which further helps to improve overall attendance and longevity of the employees placement.
